“Trust in the Force, Trust in God.”

Weekly Reading and Scriptures

Hey Guys,

What’s this crazy thing I am doing now? The Force? God? Just hear me out. During the last few years during the pandemic, I watch a lot of Disney Plus and read my bible. What I found out was that they had a lot of similarities. So, I put two and two together and created this website/blog page to blog about my findings. Here is a version of what my daily prayer would be like. I will try to get a yearly breakdown of the bible throughout 2022 so follow each and every day.

Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith left a message at the Jedi Temple for any survival Jedi of Order 66. It was a time when keeper of the peace was blinded by the dark side or evil side of the universe. They were hunted down and killed from they once lead into battle. The main message was to only “trust in the Force.” The Force was what bind all living creature to one another. It was a lifecycle that lived within the galaxy; it’s what some would call their God in the movie. So, “Trust in God”.

In the Bible King James Version Proverb 3: 5-6 (5)”Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” (6) ” In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. That’s where it’s written for us to find within the Bible.

In both cases we are ask to trust in something bigger then us. To believe in something that we cannot see or touch. When Ben Kenobi explain to a young Luke Skywalker in a New Hope he describe the Force as what gives a Jedi his power. “It’s an energy field created by all living things. It surround us and penetrates us, it binds the galaxy together.” The History of Creation, The first books of Moses called Genesis. (1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (2)The earth was without form and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.” So when the Force meets God, is when God created the Force.

In Star Wars The Clone Wars season 7, Ahsoka was meditating over Rex and saying “I am one with the Force and the Force is with me.” In Matthew 28:20 “I will be with you always unto the end of the world.” When you call on God, God will hear your prayers. Like the Force heard Ahsoka’s prayers for Rex, God will hear yours. If you speak it out to the universe chances are God is listening.

So, this is an update and re-write from my previous post; and an example of what I blog about. If you a Star Wars Fan like me you will understand. If not then it will go over your head a lot. I understand. The only think I am trying to do is spread the word of God through something I think is cool. I always said Star Wars is the Nerd or Geek in me. I am Nerd and Geek about God too. Too me God is my Grand Master, My Yoda, my Force.

This concludes today’s spiritual lesson. May God and the Force be with you always.
